Subway’s Chipotle Southwest Sauce
- 1 Quart mayonnaise
- 2 oz Dijon mustard
- 2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 4 oz chipotle in adobo, pureed
- 1 oz. fresh garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
Yields sauce for 24 sandwiches.
